Respect, honesty, integrity. These are some of the basic fundamentals that we provide our clients with, however, as agents, we owe each other the same. We are part of a large pool of professionals where real estate allows us to come together and be a part of our clients’, as well as each other's, lives. Where one agent may have strengths in a particular area, another may have weaknesses in an area where an agent in our community can provide insight and feedback. This is why building a network comes in handy especially when it comes to referrals. Rather than seeing each other strictly as competition, I believe better results come when collaboration and support from one another are incorporated. Work smart, not hard.
